Our stone family house is settled in a quiet part of Mlini – oasis of peace next to the city of poets, writers and scientists – Dubrovnik!

We provide accomodation in a warm and friendly atmosphere, all year round.

Breakfast, lunch or dinner may be provided, by arrangement. Internet service is available by request.

STUDIO APARTMENT No 1, size 20 m2

The suite has one large room that consists of one double bed, one single bed, with a kitchen area. The bathroom consists of a shower, basin and WC.

Studio apartment No 1, finished in warm terracotta colours, is suitable for 2-3 persons. It is air conditioned (cooling & heating), equipped with SAT/TV. and traditional stone barbecue, with sea views from the terrace.

STUDIO APARTMENT No 2, size 25 m2.

The suite has one large room that consists of a bedroom with one doublebed, one single bed and a kitchen. Bathroom has shower and all other necessary facilities.

Studio apartment No 2 is suitable for 2-4 persons who enjoy warm mediteranean colours! If required a pull out sofa that turns into a bed is available on request. Apartment is air conditioned (cooling/heating) and equipped with SAT/TV. This apartment has a cosy terrace also with a sea view.

STUDIO APARTMENT No 3, size 23 m2

The suite has one large room that consists of one double bed, one single bed and a kitchen area. The bathroom has shower and all other needed facilities.

Studio apartment No 3 is suitable for 2-3 persons who prefer white/blue colour combination. Apartment is air conditioned ( cooling/heating) and equipped with SAT/TV. There is beautiful sea view from terrace and garden which are located in front of the apartment.

APARTMENT No 4, size 40 m2

is our most beautiful and most requested apartment. It has living room with a pull out sofa that converts into a bed for 2, + kitchen and separate bedroom. The bathroom has shower and all other needed facilities.

Apartment No 4 is suitable for 2 + 2 persons. It is completely new, modern decor, air conditioned (cooling/heating), with SAT/TV. This apartment is connected to a lovely terrace and balcony perfect for sun bathing, with sea views.

APARTMENT No 5, size 45 m2

is our largest apartment suitable for a family with 2-3 children, or 2 couples. It contains 2 bedrooms (one with double bed, another with double and single bed), bathroom (shower, washing machine) and kitchen.

Apartment is completely new, modern decor, air conditioned (cooling/heating), with SAT/TV , microwave. The apartment has a balcony on one side, and terrace with beautiful sea views on the other.

Mlini is a tourist resort near Dubrovnik (8 km).
Mlini place name comes from the mills that were in the past used water from the river Zavrelje.
Mlini have about eight hundred inhabitants.

Population Mlini is engaged in agriculture, fishing and tourism, which has recently core activities. Mlini has numerous sandy beaches.
Mlini and its surroundings have many night clubs and discos. If you choose Mlini as a place to rest, you can visit the city of Dubrovnik and its rich historical and cultural heritage; and the town of Cavtat.
Monuments: the church of Sv. ILAR from the fifteenth century, chapel St.Rok and remains of Roman buildings.
If you want an active vacation, Mlini have diving centers, and you can deal with and other water sports. Hotel Astarea twice a week organizing bridge tournaments.
